Print Shop F.A.Q.

What is the difference between Limited Edition and Open Edition?

Limited edition works will have a specific print run, usually from 30 - 100 prints, depending on the piece. To increase their impact within a specific space, all limited edition prints will be offered in medium to large format. All limited edition pieces will have a signed certificate of authenticity.

Open edition works, on the other hand, will have an unlimited print run, depending on the demand for the piece. Certain works in the limited edition category may, from time to time, be offered as open editions. All pieces in the open edition category will be offered in small to medium format with an unsigned certificate of authenticity. With this in mind, works in this category will be offered at a lower price point.

Will limited edition prints increase in value?

Yes. Price value will increase once 90% of a specific work is sold, regardless of the size.

You have photos in your portfolio that I like but I don't see in the print shop? Can we purchase any of these?

With the exception of the PEOPLE portfolio and portraits, it is possible to request the purchase of photographs seen in this online portfolio. Please CONNECT with me to see if a particular work is available.

Can I commission you to produce a unique work suitable for my private collection?

Absolutely. Please CONNECT with me with an idea and vision for a unique piece and we can chat over coffee.

Will I be able to return/refund my purchase if I change my mind or if I don't like it?

Unfortunately, as each piece is produced to order, all works are non-refundable.

I have other questions not listed here...

That's perfectly alright. Feel free to CONNECT with me and I will try my very best to answer your questions.

Shipping and Delivery F.A.Q.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates will vary depending on the location, as well as the dimensions and weight of the art piece. If you reside in the Greater Vancouver Area, you also have an option of collecting the framed or unframed print at the artist's studio in downtown Vancouver.

All unframed prints will have a flat shipping rate of CAD $ 85,00 when shipped within Canada.

Will the shipping fee be charged at checkout?

As of now, due to certain limitations in Squarespace's backend, shipping fees will be invoiced separately for both framed and unframed prints.

Will the shipping fee include insurance?

Yes it will.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes. Please note, however, that shipments to countries outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to CONNECT and I will try my very best to answer your questions.
